Early reservation discounts

Book in advance and get a discount on your room price as follows.
30 days earlier 10%.
60 days earlier 15%
90 days earlier 20%.
Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival days will be charged with 20% of total booking price.
Less than 15 days cancellation or no shows are not refundable.
